To take the advantage of any travel facility or services through Mini Rides you have to give full payment in advance. It gives you the confirmation of the booking.. The amount may also depend on the kinds of services, you are going to avail. To make the payments online, you can use Visa, Master and American Express Cards. Mini Rides offers a safe transaction process and ensures you that your personal security codes will not be revealed in worst cases also.
Refund of your booking
It is essential to cantact Mini Rides .com for all kinds of refunds if booking is done through it. Refund against the cancellation of any paid service will be credited directly in your bank account. In case of Credit Card, refund will be made in your account given at the time of cancellation only. Refund process can take duration of maximum 2-3 working days due to banking procedures. In case of Net Banking, it may take 7-8 working days.
Note: Processing times for cancellation and refund requests may vary.
In case of unavailability of services, you will receive the complete refunds except the transaction charges.
Cancellation terms:
1) If you cancel 20 days prior to check in, total amount will be refunded back only transaction charges will be deducted.
2) If you cancel within 15 Days prior to check in,90 of total amount will be refunded back.
3) If you cancel within 7 Days prior to check in There will be no Refund
3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained.
4) The amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
